Bigger than the standard.

Most full-service competitors run a roughly 16-yard truck. Ours come in 20, 25 and 27. Here's what our 20-yard looks like, and the full lineup below.

You only pay for what you fill.

A lot of people call assuming a bigger bin means a bigger bill. It's the opposite. Bin rental is priced on volume and weight — not the size of the container we drop off. A bigger bin just means the same pile of junk takes up a smaller, cheaper fraction of it — and one bin instead of two.

Base rate covers delivery, pickup and your first week. Disposal is billed separately at $290 per tonne by the actual weight when we collect it — no guessing, no padding. Most residential bins land at 1–2 tonnes.

Bigger bin, lower cost per yard 20–27 cu yd vs. the ~16-yd industry standard. More room, same-ish ceiling price.
From $380, all-in to start Delivery, pickup and the first week included — $50/week after, only if you need it.
Weighed, not estimated Disposal is $290/tonne on the real scale weight — you see exactly what you're paying for.

Common questions.

Can't find your answer? Call us at (604) 220-JUNK.

A 20-yard bin is roughly 12 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall — about 5–6 pickup truck loads, and roughly 25% more room than the ~16-yard trucks and bins most full-service companies run. It fits comfortably on most driveways. We also offer 25 and 27-yard bins for bigger jobs.
Three sizes: 20 cubic yards for most home cleanouts and single-room renos; 25 cubic yards for bigger renovations and full-property or estate cleanouts; 27 cubic yards for construction, demolition and large commercial jobs. All three are bigger than the industry-standard ~16-yard container. Not sure? Call (604) 220-JUNK and we'll size it for you — oversizing slightly is usually cheaper than needing a second bin.
It usually works out cheaper for the same load. Most full-service competitors price by volume — how much space your stuff takes up — and our bins (20, 25 and 27 cubic yards) are bigger than the standard ~16-yard competitor truck, so the same junk fills a smaller, cheaper fraction. The biggest full-service brand doesn't offer drop-off bin rental at all — they're full-service crew only. Our bin rental starts at $380 with delivery, pickup and the first week included; disposal is $290 per tonne by actual weight.
Your first week is included in the base rate. After that, it's $50 per additional week. Most people are done within the first week, but take the time you need.
Most household and construction materials are fine — furniture, drywall, wood, metal, appliances, yard waste, concrete. We can't accept hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, asbestos, or tires. If you're unsure, just ask.
Absolutely. We deliver to residential driveways, construction sites, commercial properties, and more. Just let us know the location and we'll confirm access.
The base rate covers delivery, pickup, and rental. Disposal is charged separately at $290 per tonne based on the actual weight of your bin when we pick it up. Most residential bins weigh 1-2 tonnes.
Yes, we accept drywall — but it must be dated or stamped prior to 1997, or you'll need to provide an asbestos testing report. Once cleared, drywall must be in bags (nothing loose). This is a safety requirement and helps us process disposal properly.
Yes! If you need 3 or more bins for a big project, we'll give you bulk pricing. Just let us know the scope of your project when you call or fill out the estimate form, and we'll work out a deal.
