Answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, call or text us and we'll help.
You only pay for what you fill. We measure the truck in eighths, starting at a $180 minimum call-out. We'll give you an estimate over the phone or by email before showing up — no obligation, no surprises.
No. The estimate covers the labour, loading, and disposal. We tell you exactly what the estimate is and why.
Only if the job does. We confirm the estimate before we start, and if we can see something new in person, we tell you how it changes the number before any work begins.
Our trucks are considerably larger than the industry norm, so more of your load fits in a single trip. Since you pay for the space you use, that works out to up to 30% better value.
Same-day available. If we can't get to you the same day, we'll be there the next day.
No, as long as the junk is accessible. You'll get a text before we arrive. One customer texted us a photo in the morning and never had to step outside.
No. We do all the heavy lifting — taking, loading, cleanup, everything. We bring our own shovels, brooms, dustpans, and dollies, and we sweep the space before we leave.
There's almost nothing we can't take. Contact us and we'll confirm it before we come out. We take household hazardous waste, including paint and solvents.

Bin rentals start at $380, which includes the first week plus the drop-off and the pickup. There are no separate delivery or collection fees. Weight is charged by the tonne and prorated, based on what the bin weighs when we empty it.
Our bins are 20 cubic yards, which is 25% larger than what most competitors use. The first week of rental is included in the base rate, and additional weeks are $50 each. Weight is charged by the tonne.
As long as you need it. There's no fixed return date, and many households and businesses keep one on site with a regular empty schedule.
Dumpster bin rentals are for private residences or businesses that have space for the bin to be placed, ideally in a secure location where others can't dump into it. Typically we place it on driveways or other private property, and lay boards down to protect the concrete underneath it. We do not place dumpster bin rentals on the road.
You can set a regular schedule for us to empty and return the bin, or just call us when you're ready.
